The last down grade was charlie finnie from Volpe on the day they blew up. Zacks reports after the fact. Downgrade or upgrade is irrelevant at this point. The management shot their credibility. Strictly from a short term perspective, there's no good reason to buy at this point and plenty of reasons to sell.
