Lew's interview on CNBC was cut short due to a satellite problem. The points he addressed were: Profitability will be addressed through expense control. There will be short work weeks at divisions with insufficient business, but no lay offs are planned at the moment. HP will continue to cautiously build computer market share while watching profitability. He was just starting to address the Xerox suit when the feed ended. IMHO Lew's presentation will not send the money managers stampeding to buy... Frank
