Shalom Israel.

JPR:

One the few correct, sane and strategic foreign policy decision India has ever made is her decision to have full diplomatic relationship with Israel. India should however maintain a sane and practical approach with the Arabs as well as we have historical relations with both,in addition to the Persians. But India's unwillingness to establish any sort of diplomatic relations with Israel for many years had been a stupid strategy.

Now that we have full diplomatic relationship with Israel it could only help both countries in business, technology, argriculture and even education. With the recent arrival of many Russian and East European Jews Israel now probably has the highest rate Ph.Ds [probably the only other country that come close is S.Korea] and most of that in sciences, they have a flourishing and world class high tech business, even they have a thriving agricultural sector. Many Indian companies already started joint ventures with Israeli companies in agriculture particularly in the areas of irrigation and ag engineering etc.
