NOMAI ZIP DISKS:

Hi All,
I saw an advt. today in San Jose Mercury News from Computown which says Nomi Zip Disk for $8.99. It says 100MB/disk and is PC compatible.

Now, is this legal?. This does not show Zip 100 logo though but can they use the word Zip? I thought it was IOM's trade mark and Nomai can't use that. Nomai starting to sell in US retail market is scary but don't know if they can continue to do like this though.

Comments from informed ones?? Also, don't know why they use the Nomi name instead of Nomai.

Thanks
