I wish we could get one question settled once and for all -- is it even possible for OTC stocks to be halted? I don't believe that it is, but I don't know it for a fact. Who exactly would do the halting? Every time there's some minor glitch in the quote we all want to think that it means a halt...but I think that this is just wishful thinking. Can anyone out there settle this question definitively?

SKANE, a lot of overhead on PNLK at 6.50-7.00 area....I have reversal area pegged around 4 1/2...Personally, I would stay out...I would try to get SNRS in the 7 1/2 area....Mark

P.S. Entered NTRX at 3 7/32....Looks like a good trade on this one...
Has been sitting dormant on top of pattern...
