dj, cool. it is only my opinion - again, based on hard knocks. i really hope this is the real deal. however, if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, i'm not ploppin' money down betting it is a cow.

but hey, maybe david copperfield is out there somewhere.

still a bad bet, imho.

Dj,
OVIS /RMIL will make RMCW a publically traded company. The motivation for the investor/lender is stock, and the backorders of RMCW.
There are 53 investors from the private side of RMCW all vested with the conviction the merger will be finalized and RMCW will be publically traded. The investors themselves can easily provide colateral for a 3rd party loan if needed I would imagine.
Skeeters contentions display no diligence nor objectivity, only with the classic, Bre-X, SEXI, "scam" analogies which have absolutely no merit in this instance. RMIL filed an 8K and is free to go about buisness and trading once 15c2-11 considerations /10K audited , etc. are addressed.
The $10MM investor has a closing date set for next week, if he can't meet his obligation..PLAN B !!
