Hi Paul,

Lets try to be constructive, polite, and
cordial here. You are entitled to give
you opinions but not to insult people
simply because you are smarter or know
better than anyone else.

I think that you have an interesting point
of view, that is why I asked you to stay
in the thread when you announced that you were
not coming back. I need you, frankly people like
you keep buying the puts that I sell for good profit.

Here, one link for you. I hope you like this one better
than the ones I posted yesterday

nytimes.com

Regards

Victor

Well Paul:

I've only been in the Novell school since Dec. 17, 1997, so I"m still an underclassmen. I have, as yet, been able to know where one can go to find out NOVL's reseller information on NW4.x and their other suite of products during each quarter, before earnings. Otherwise, I believe I'd have a chance at producing a senior level thesis for
you <s>.

In fact, who was the bright person (analyst) upgrading HWP a few weeks ago, while HWP drops their bombshell on earnings short-fall days before their release?? Gosh, if an analyst can't find such information, I'll be damned if I can. Hence, I go back to my more anecdotal, product reviews, and other sophomoric means. I mean, hey, we all try to do our homework, and then make a decision based on our best evidence in hand. Us longs are just hoping that the ML analyst that recently upgraded NOVL knows more positive news about earnings than we do. At least I'm leaning towards the right direction as he notes.

Regards,

QuadK

PS: Do those chips have olestra on them?

You are right about the NOVONYX Netware/Netscape performance. It is hands down way faster than MSFT, so say the benchmarks. I was referring to the Novell only Web Server. I have not had the time to work with the NOVONYX product personally, so I can can not vouch for it. My mistake, I should have clarified. Problem is, performance is only half the battle. IIS is a little more friendly, solid, and my techs may have gotten used to its ease of use. Again, my opinion, as a reseller and SE. If you dont want me to post my opinions, I wont. I just thought it might give some perspective . I certainly dont need to spend any more time on this damn SI. As far as pseudoman goes, My name is Dan Nicksic. If that has any meaning to you, good to know ya, as I cant recall ever meeting or hearing of you. If you want to talk to me personally just email me with your phone number, I will be glad to give you a call. I must say, your post was a bit offensive. I surely have no ill intentions for anyone.

So long and good luck to all
