In my opinion I believe you are correct; however, I must add that it is this type of over-confidance that signals it is time to sell. In the past this has not applied to DELL since it has been able to sustain such great growth.

My advice is to be careful. Historically, when a stock turns bad there will be a minor correction, then a minor upswing... only to be followed by a major correction. People buy after the minor correction thinking just as you do. One also must think about how IBM, HWP, and CPQ are targeting DELL. In the past Dell has been able to move relatively unnoticed. Now the big three has DELL lined up in the crosshairs.

Walt, what's your downside number before it turns up once again?
