I was at the SSI headquarters (in 1992), before they were bought by CKFR. I didn't see any boats, just an indoor 2 lane bowling alley.

Benny(I think they replaced the pins with Bill Gates figurines)

There is no river at the corporate headquarters. It is in fact a gorgeous campus that was inherited during the takeover of Servantis(I believe). There is free lunch for all employees as well as a recreation room and a bowling alley. Pete wanted to make sure I understood that the alley (or the rest of the facilities for that matter) were built with shareholders money. But as far as I could tell no fishing or boats!!!!
