I was talking about Waterhouse in reference to CPX status(LCP status) this morning. On another security on another day, they told me I can "oversell" something and I would in effect be short Does Datek allow phone orders with broker ? If they do, Call in and just say you had a problem with website and use a broker to sell the extra shares; get the person's name for reference if you have a problem in the future. That way you can always say you were confused with "mergers" and reverse splits and were relying on the broker and they would PROBABLY reverse your trades Ken LCP coming back at 19 1/2 now SWEET If we can just break 20, I think we could hold it ?
