Looks like you just defined the difference of opinion i.e worth. Based on the published data that Dell is growing at 3 to 4x the market, and given the excellent execution of it's business plan along with superior management of cash flow, it looks to me like it's worth holding on to.

The metrics tell a compelling tale. Since booting up its liquidity management program in the fourth quarter of 1996, Dell's cash conversion cycle has gone from an acceptable 40 days to a phenomenal minus-5 days in the fourth quarter of 1997.
