mike--

hope springs eternal.

kurlak the collosally stupid did his little song and dance today. sure am glad he did. you know, when is it going to dawn on these morons that when one company warns, it doesnt mean the rest of the sector is going to be off.

HWP and NSM are crap. hell, with or without cyrix, NSM wont sell many chips. K6s are still moving strong, as are compaqs and dells. CPQ has already had their little correction, yet the market forgot it. what a joke.

BTW-- dell doesnt scam. THEY are a well run PC company, as opposed to HWP who, like orcl, would rather blame their problems on everyone and everything other than themselves.

on MU, i think i am going to wait a little while longer. i have some puts already, but i want it to pop above 30 again so i can get more. wish i had bought more in the first place, but who could have seen kurlak coming. when are people going to stop paying attention to this nebbish?

good luck to all,
trey

MB, why do the odds say they survive this cycle? (Just curious as to your opinion.) Are you saying the odds are good they survive as a DRAM co. or as a company in general? When do you see them running out of cash?
