We are committed and recognize the need for consistency and predictability. We continue to take aggressive steps to move in that direction as fast as possible. Factors such as depth of products, geographic and customer diversity, and increased critical mass (just to name a few) all contribute to more predictable results and consistency. The company is stronger in all of these parameters than it was a year ago or in its entire 12 year history. Our banking relationship is supportive and understands our progress in light of the most recent past earnings (loss) situation. As the largest shareholder I am also disappointed in the lack of consistent results and unexpected set-backs that occur, however, I am confident executing our plan will continue to deliver positive results to increase shareholder value.
