The Stock Genie would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few
points. The Stock Genie does not recommend the purchase, sale or
hold of any securities. The Stock Genie's purpose is to simply profile
companies that in its opinion are undervalued and overlooked in the
marketplace by disseminating information electronically by use of the
Internet that it obtains from what it usually considers to be reliable
sources, primarily from the company. PNLK which was our March
profile of the month, was in the opinion of The Stock Genie an
undervalued and overlooked company. Since that time the company
has announced that they will be launching their Import/Export web site
today, May 15, 1998. At the time PNLK was initially profiled The Stock
Genie viewed PNLK as having great potential. Considering that today
is the first day that PNLK should begin generating revenues which
hopefully will translate into profits, The Stock Genie's opinion on PNLK
has not changed. The Stock Genie still views PNLK as an undervalued
company in their market sector in comparison to other navigation service
providers. As part of our consulting agreements with all companies that
we profile, The Stock Genie is committed to updating by e-mail all our
subscribers with news that is publicly announced through any newswire,
whether positive or negative. The Stock Genie gets paid as a consultant
for its services which should be viewed by all subscribers as a conflict
of interest

PNLK has released three press releases. They are as follows:

Rich,

Dont' waste your time responding to losers like this guy. He is a pure speculator that will get burned big time soon. Let's keep focused on PNLK and where this stock will be 6 months from now. Who cares what happens today or tomorrow if you are a long-term investor. This company will make us all wealthy!!

Keith

I call that AFR (After the Fact Reporting). AFR deserves no respect nor credit. One can do a bunch of AFR about how I did well in KTEL and all, this and that. Would it be it credible?

If one likes to gain respect and followers, he need to report before a jump and also call the out.

Please keep the threads clean from AFR.

Thanks.

Dixie, ignore him. Anyone can drop in on Tokyo Mex's thread and read about the picks there. TMex touted XYBR a week ago and again yesterday morning. He generally has good insight on things, but sometimes you win, sometimes you'll lose. Its all in the day trade where equities can fall out of favor in the blink of an eye.

Regards,
Peter
