Ok, Georgia it is:

New Boating Laws On The Books

(STATEWIDE) -- New drinking laws for Georgia boaters go into effect in two weeks. The state plans to enforce a new zero tolerance law. Other new laws require boat operators to be at least 16-years-old. Also, boaters will not be able to jump the wake of another boat within 100-feet.

....I'm surprised they didn't mention August by name.

Benny(I guess it's still legal to jump in the wake of my own boat, oh August I guess I only have two weeks to get those silver bullets to you)
