I checked the on line pre written comments. The utility is PEPCO- Potomac Electric Power Company you spoke about it having been Philadelphia Electric in the past. Trying to see if we are talking about the same company or two different ones.

Also of note: "We have identified more than 200 end-user computing systems which need Y2K solutions and have completed cost estimates and conversion schedules for these systems. Our conversion plans and cost estimates for embedded systems will be completed within the next several weeks. We are also working with both vendors and industry consortiums to assist in evaluating potential problem areas and solution alternatives for embedded systems.

A word on the cost of all this. We estimate that cost of our Year 2000 activities to be approximately $10 million, of which about $6.5 million is for corporate applications and $3.5 million for end-user and embedded systems. We anticipate changes in these estimates as we go along, especially as we complete our evaluations of embedded systems issues."

Note the first part that is bolded. As I put in my initial post today these types of statements followed by individuals body language such as the person making this statement looking towards Mr. Cowles before he makes it and nodding his head and Mr. Cowles nodding back and the fact that this utility was one of the five that showed up for an industry Y2K conference at which Mr. Cowles was on the panel leads me to say that Y2K utility contracts are on the way for TAVA/BECK.

Regards to all,
Have a great weekend
