Do you know if those numbers exlude services? If not, the picture would be skewed somewhat, as a much larger percentage of DCTM's total revenue comes from professional services delivered by DCTM staff in the implementation of their solutions.

I know the same is not true of PC DOCS and I suspect that is also the case for Open Text.

FileNET is like DCTM in some respects and does a fair amount of services work.
