When did either company confirm this? All I have ever read is "according to wire services reports".

Why is Cisco COPYING Bay's theme? of "Adaptive Networking".
Cant this overvalued company come up with its own marketing.. Shee..sh.

With Cisco's growth slowing (according to many industry analysts), and Chambers still thinking that the industry growth is 30%-50% as mentioned in the Cisco CC, It seems to me that there is a disconnet.

Eventualy Cisco's stock price and growth rate will converge.
