This is another winner! So we should send our full mailing addresses and a cluster of personal financial information to "ANDY HARDY", who will graciously forward this comfortably complete mailing list to NIAR, who will in tern(sic) cut us all fat checks, rather than sell our names to the highest bidder and flood us with SPAM?!?!?! Or maybe they'll just send a squad of professional burglars in U-haul trucks up our driveways! Damn. Some people really think the rest of the world is going to be led down the garden path. My personal suspicion is that AZBAMBI actually is Joey and he is into something considerably more sinister than simply screwing a few gullible shareholders out of their penny stocks...

I will make sure that they fill out the w-9 forms and get them to the shareholders as the names get in. MY RESPONSE: ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS? I have a better idea. How bout we register our name, addresses and other pertinent information with the State of Floridas' Attorney General's office, division of Fraud and maybe they will assist in the dispursment. Or how bout we try the same method that ALL other publicly traded companies are obliged by law to utilize?? Would that be to much trouble? Better start printing a bunch more IRAE stock if your gonna try it the way you suggested. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Thanks for the response, anyway...

Any honest company would certainly have a list of shareholders. My stock was purchased through an on-line brokerage and I am sure that NIAR has a list of the brokerage houses or they had better have a list. Also, I have received mail from NIAR and they had my address correct and it was addressed exactly as I have my stock account. Who requested this list??? I am going to send this exact post to NIAR to their e-mail address and I am also sending it to the State of Florida Comptrollers Office,and the State of Florida Attorney Generals Office. Thank you for your efforts but I think it is past time that we start hearing directly from NIAR & IRAE. Regards, Ken Moss
