I don't know, Jin... how many stocks on the other exchanges are selling for under 30 cents, and avoid releasing simple financial information?

June 1 is approaching... they don't have to become a reporting company, right? Could just call the whole thing off?

I can't believe anyone would buy the "stock issued as collateral" argument for the "line of credit". So if FAMH defaulted on the loan, Bristol would get the stock? It would be worthless if FAMH couldn't/didn't pay its bills. Is Bristol that stupid?

Who could Bristol sell it to? And assuming FAMH did pay off the loan, what happens to the stock? Ira and Arif get millions of shares back from Bristol... for free? Such a deal.

This "collateral" stock would have to represent most of the outstanding shares for Bristol to have any leverage.
