TOPICAL SAFETY STUDY As of March 31, 1998, the Company advanced approximately $130,000 towards a total of $150,000 for a topical safety study to be conducted in the United States for the topical use of RETICULOSE for the treatment of HPV and herpes. On February 18, 1998, the Board of Directors authorized a $100,000 bonus to Dr. Hirschman and granted options to acquire 23,000,000 shares of stock at $0.27 per option share provided that the Company is granted FDA approval for testing in the United States.
