The only thing your homework should be telling you is: SHOW ME THE PRODUCTS (Note: you haven't even seen the products let alone the money. You posted a big list of Innovacom "products" ... how many are shipping?)

Preliminary review of SB-2/A amendments show a reduction of Koz's ownership (33% to 26.5%), increase in JNC partners' shares, about equal percentage (26.5%) ownership by Sierra, addition 1/3 of the 1 Million shares (due Tom Burke) and 100K shares to Sprague, and some to another (the Telemedicine) Director. Some fluff has been eliminated. Looking like a more realistic account of their current business status under Tom Burke. As Tom stipulated, $5Million is being raised from JNC partners with additional shares, appx. 2 million additional shares to the previous 20Million sh. Ram
