Yes, because Selwyn and Richard Rabins appear to love ER Intern having highlighted its existence in their 1997 Annual Report To Shareholders [as they also did with Stumpworld]....

sure, only from the perspective that if they reverse split, again, historically, LGCY shares will crash post-split and SWEBF will be in a position to pick them up [even] cheaper, assuming they desire LGCY as a company vs. product marketing agreements vs. imminent asset sale?...realistically, however, the facts are the same for LGCY pre/post-split...LGCY is technically insolvent and Black Tusk, actually , should be encouraging SWEBFs takeover...but SWEBF is in a SUPERIOR position to negotiate and LGCY is in no position to negotiate...none...and this isn't a charity benefit we are shareholders in...
