I think the main problem with this company is its mgmt's indifference to the investment community in general. Insiders own approx. 52.4% of the shares, Institutions hold over 20%. With this kind of ownership concentration, the mgmt. is oblivious to the volativity and short term market outlook. They know they have the best product and don't care how investors treat their shares in the short-term as long as they produce in the long run. I have been involved in companies like this before and this is why I'm continually averaging down on my shares and accumulating more. I can see a pattern of behaviour, mgmt. always seems to be distracted doing everything else but keeping a good relationship with their shareholders. I think these times of uncertainty provide the best time to get in or buy more, I've missed the boat on this kind of situation before(ex. Dell) and don't want to be on the sidelines again.
