Jason
I was going to consider continuing to ignore you, but I feel this must be said.
You are an incredibly rude and presumptuous young man. That has nothing to do with your opinion of Naxos. I have never seen anyone come onto a thread and proceed to tell everyone how things must be and what they should and should not do. Then when no one pays any attention to you, you get snippy and run off. I think you owe Kim an apology. He owes you nothing, and for you to rag on him is inconceivable. Grow up.

Mark

You may or may not respond to this as you see fit, but this will be my last post ever directed to you.

Jason get a grip. You may be feeling melancholy, loss and denial but based on my reading and the members of the threads I have spoken with that is hardly the mood.

The answers to most of your questions are obvious and have been discussed on the thread. But what SEC hearing are you talking about? If you are referring to the ASC hearing, it is underway now.

As far as reality pills you might try that remedy as well. You wouldn't be bipolar by any chance? You came on a ranting bull when others were counselling restrained optimism and have now become completely depressive. Reality lies in between and many on this thread have been trying to engage in a sober, unemotional assessment of the current situation. Something you are clearly to immature to comprehend.

Try some bran, it might help your mood.

Jason, I have been extremely busy for the past week or so and have not made time to keep up with this thread. But to come on and read your post to Kim was a very sobering experience indeed.

Since you don't seem to understand Mr. Brasingtons role, let me clarify. Kim has agreed to offer Naxos his significant experience with mining operations as well as his analytical and research skills to help us to fill in the gap between releases with the FACTS as he knows them to be. He also helps us all to understand what is between the lines on releases as they come out.

Kim has a very busy life already, with six kids and a full time job which requires long overnight shifts in a high pressure environment.

Your comment...

"But even recovery of my losses does not change my mind with regards to the way that you, your IR people, and your press releases have misled, misguided, and rained sunshine on your unanswered promises."

This is not Kim's company and therefor, your entire comment is so nonsensicle it is hard to know where to start. To my knowledge and experience, Mr. Brasington has offered the thread a consistant source of hard and cold facts and honest analysis.

On the whole, Mr. Brasington has not lost anything with the lack of your respect. But on a personal note, rudeness is another matter. You owe Mr. Brasington an apology, and since he is the kind of gentleman who would not insist on it, I think I will.

Mark and Henry have already expressed what I feel is the general opinion of Kim on this thread and you are the only person I can recall to be so far off the mark with your opinion of his contributions but more to the point here, your attack on his character.
