The quotations below (from the SEC website as I recall) assume timely filing of the 10K. Detailing plans for the upcoming fiscal year (July 1, 1997 to June 30, 1998) won't be very informative if the damn thing is filed this June! Also, if you'll review forward looking statements in other 10Ks (not just OVIS) you'll see they are very rarely detailed, and, in my experience, are usually overly optimistic, and therefore do not form the basis for reliable investement decisions.

year's financial results and plans for the upcoming year.
