What you say is true but the U.S has no other options but to impose sanctions because of the existing laws. But the thing is if both countries can work together there are always ways to lift the sanctions but we don't know how this will all play out. If the Pakistanis go ahead with the nuclear test you can also expect the U.S imposing the same sanctions,but I am not quite sure what happens if Israel goes nuclear.Then again most likely if they decide to take this route I don't think they will do it without consulting the U.S first for obvious reasons.<gg>
