But I am confused. Everyone I have talked to says that Edgar should post FAMH's numbers in only a few hours. Since it has been 2 weeks since FAMH sent their paperwork to the SEC on 5/1/98, the SEC must be investigating FAMH for something. I have seen other stocks have trading for their shares stopped. Will this happen to FAMH shares? This is the only logical explanation for the SEC's delay in posting FAMH's info on Edger. Lurker GO FAMH! DON'T YOU HAVE QUITE AN ACTIVE IMAGINATION! SOMEONE MAY CONSIDER YOUR ACCUSATION REGARDING THE SEC TORTIOUS. BUT OF COURSE, I DON'T BELIEVE THIS IS YOUR INTENTION. FIRAMADA HAS NOT SUBMITTED/TRANSMITTED ANY FILINGS TO THE SEC, OR OTHERWISE, IT WOULD SHOW UP ON EDGAR ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THE SEC DOES NOT REVIEW THE INFORMATION BEFORE IT IS POSTED ON THE EDGAR SYSTEM. THEY DO, HOWEVER, REVIEW THE INFORMAION SENT AND MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO DO SO. IF INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED AND/OR CORRECTED THE SEC WILL REQUEST THE COMPANY TO FILE AN AMENDED FILING. THIS FILING, AGAIN, WILL OF COURSE SHOW UP ON EDGAR ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT THE SB-2 FILING THAT WAS TO BE MADE (REFER TO PAST FAMH PRESS RELEASE) WILL NOT BE FILED AND IN ITS PLACE WILL BE A MUCH MORE DETAILED 10K?
