Dave,

My Dad is a professor at the U.S. Naval Academy, he is civilian but since he is working for the Navy he is can have an account (and so can any of his relatives, like me). Dave maybe your a distant cousin?
If you can find any relative that belongs to NFCU or the Navy you can probably get in.

Benny(and yes, Tom, they have boats at the Naval Academy, lots of them)
