DA, The Smartalk stock as far as DCI is concerned is now history or I should say 90% history. As of today the calls have been covered and the funds will be good on Wednesday. IMO Joe handled the sell of Cardcall to Smartalk rather well. When the negotiations were finished DCI had two options as to how they would be paid. The first was $6 million all cash or $9 million with $1 million in cash and $8 million in Smartalk stock. The stock would not be delivered until 3/31/98. Since he bought puts at $25 and $30 he now looks like a stock market maven. Best Regards
