I must say that DGIV is an exception to the rule for me as this is only my second time I have invested in a company with a market cap of less than $500M and without publicly available financial statements. The other stock does meet the financial statement criteria, but has a much smaller market cap.

I have taken a significant position in DGIV for the following reasons:

1) we are in a very hot industry...mergers, joint ventures, buy-outs are occuring on a weekly if not daily business

2) I like the fact that we are selling products that save significant amounts of money in a market that is tremendously large (over $600B world-wide)

3) Chin is an extremely motivated, aggressive person and I have developed faith in him through the previous press releases

4) our float is low, making each share precious

5) we are involved in the Internet- which in itself adds value in today's investing world

6) geez, i could go on all day

So, why did i stick so much cash in this stock. mainly because i believe the downside is limited and the potential is huge.

i don't ever chase stocks, i just buy and wait. so far, dgiv has treated me better than any other investment (including the one i HAD of berkshire hathway 3.5 years ago...which has gone from 18,900 to over 70,000)...i sold out at 22,100 for a quick profit...i still kick myself!

So, for those that chase, good luck...but, this summer is DGIV Time...as we have no Miller beer here in Peru.
