Sure, the Wallace guys did such a bang-up job on the eleventh hour site, why not hire them to do the Zitec site?

Anyone taking bets on if/when the Telanis INC listing turns up in FL with the same names?

Downloaded the Merced Articles of Incorporation. They are now on line from the Florida site:

ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us
[enter "merced" submit and you can get the document image]

Nothing of real note here. They have 10,000 shares at par value $1.00. The corporation has a call to recover the par value, if necessary.

Oh yes, then there was the curious fact that though it was filed on May 11th, they cleverly declared and certified that the facts herein stated are true and effective the 3 day of March, 1998. Let me guess. I'll bet there was a Press Release about then. I'll have to go check.

The date of signing, however, is not declared. We only know that it was before May 11th. There is one telling detail stamped on the front cover page though - in big letters the word RUSH.

TED,

About that red flag. It could be pure coincidence. After all, Zitec International Limited, is an unaffiliated company. It says so here:

biz.yahoo.com

No one ever specified who they were unaffiliated with.

Maybe we should invest in Wallace Technology Group. They seem to get a lot of repeat business.

Here's their link:
