I'm sorry!! When I said "politically correct" I had the underlying assumption that everyone would know it was tongue in cheek. I should use more smiley faces!!! I do think that any movement which conserves the earth's resources, causes less pollution, and does not hurt animals, however, is a good thing. Who gave us all permission to eat other animals, anyway? It seems a little savage to me. Perhaps as civilizations progress, they become more civil, and this vegetarian movement is just a natural evolution.
