Good Evening Sonny,

Well the only bright spot in today was that both Intel and Dell sold off and stopped right at 80 and 90. It looks like an engineered type of sell off with option expirations. I knew that we were in some deep trouble from early this morning. Hopefully Microsoft will throw a couple of bones
and get the politicians to back off.

Sonny, today I had my first major press interview regarding Destiny. Someone also wrote to me this morning from England saying they enjoyed the sample and offered to write lyrics. It is nice having your own radio station on the internet. I have been getting inundated with these offers all the time. It seemed that the news interview went well but I will know for sure when the paper is released this coming Wednesday. ON Sunday morning, Destiny 1 will be played on WMBT radio in Shenandoah, PA and I will be leaving Philadelphia tomorrow afternoon to witness the event.

Hope you will have good weekend. Next week if
Dell comes in a few cents ahead of estimates, the entire events of today will turn into celebration

Best Regards
Frank

Sonny,

My take on TK's comments: Merril had an options position that needed the price on INTeL® to drop to break even or make a profit.
