Kevin, Give us a break! Intel has alway suppied the whole market! If Kurlack could not comprehend the effect of .25u doubleing capacity prior to today. Then he is an even more complete idiot than we have all suspected. What did he say when we went from .5u to .35u from .75u to .5u from 1.u to .75u... buy! buy! buy! suddenly we have hit over capacity. Is he recmmending a sale of Appiled Materials? Of coarse not! His logic is flawed by the comparision of dram a commiditized chip in comparsion to a highly differenciated chip like CPU'S. CPU' chips ahve not reached commodity like statis. Even with AMD new K-6 3D there is sufficent differenciation to prevent commodity pricing. I'ts hard to beleive people with intelligence listen to this nutcake!

<He claims there will be 15% oversupply in the market for the next year; claims Intel can suply the whole market (probably true, given how many fabs it has and assuming it gets decent yields);>

Right - plus they have warehouses full of pentiums and celerons.
