Rman, Just caught up on the posts. Thankyou Craig Venter for creating a great INCY buying opportunity. The PKN Venter deal is almost as Hyped as ENTReMed. Maybe PKN is trying to intimidate all the public and private sequencing buyers to spend the bucks for the new sequencer. You are right this startup is at least 6months away and prob longer. Venter is well regarded but is reported to have a huge ego. Obviously did not get along with Hazeltine. We will see if the relationship with Smith is any better. I remember INCY shares trading down on the announcement of Merks 50m investment with Lee Hood and the U of Wash. Didn't stop Pharma from jumping on the NCY bandwagen and neither will this. I have also heard from a reliable source that INCY was quite impressive at the Alex Brown conference. We added to the portfolio last week and I beefed up my PA as well. V1 V1
