Article II has an interesting statement though in regard to Duration: This corporation shall commence existence on the date of the execution and acknowledgement of these Articles if permitted by law; if not, then on the date of the filing. This . . .

Seems to be a bit of a gray area, but hey I guess it's within the letter of the law. BTWDIK, I'm not a lawyer.

OK, I guess that makes sense. But, unless there are other clients for each of these "company-ettes", I don't see there being any liability advantage, either. Since so much activity seems to revolve around all the same individuals, then I suppose they're pretty much tied up with just the one customer (CSHK).

So, I'm still left with the nagging question ... why?
