$100 ASP will do just fine for AMD, heres how:

$100 x 5,000,000/quarter is 500M in CPU's alone. Add $373M from other products, no, lets make it $350M and you have $850M in revenues. Breakeven rises to $750M for AMD by end of year, that leaves $100m in pretax profit.

For Intel, I believe ASP's will drop to $200 if they are able to maintain two speed grades above AMD like they have now. (350, 400). If they sell 20M CPU's quarter at $200, thats $4B in revenues from CPU's. Since Intel doesn't break out CPU revenues thats as far as I can take it, but their sales last quarter were $6B.
