Angela, I'm one positive person who is willing to accept your help. I may be completely naive, but I'm willing to send you my email address etc. (under other cover). I do find it a bit confusing that management would have made a comittment to distribute stock to shareholders as of a certain date and not have the foggiest idea who the shareholders were on that date. How will they verify that that I was an owner on that date? Are they just going to take my word for it? I knew the money I put on NIAR was a gamble and was willing to lose it, but I wanted to lose it in a fair game. I don't think management has been in any way OPEN and FAIR about sharing information with the shareholders I'll eagerly await my W-9 or what ever form required to appear in my mail box! I hope it does come! Mitch
