No, dear. <ggg>
In your three examples, immediately after the stock tanked, the momentum did not come into the stock right away. The volume was always below average to average each time, and then shortly thereafter, the momentum came in rocketing it higher. Just like I said. ;)
Besides which, I stated that the stock could flip up a point or two on low volume, net related volume, if you will... but it would take more than that to effect a run beyond a few points.
In your examples, you are not talking about a couple of points. The range is 5 - 7 1/2 points upside. Following big volume blocks. Following smaller buys after it tanked.
I think this could well be the start of a run to the upper teens or twenties, sure... but I'm only saying that I will wait a bit to see if it can sustain any upside move before jumping in. When it rocks, it rocks. There's lots of time to jump in, even if a couple of points are left on the table. I'll definitely get some more, Kev. Just not today. Remember, I'm always speaking more short term, while you are looking a bit more into the future, if only by a few days to a week! <gggg>
Very funny this time that I am the conservative one, and you are the more daring!! LOL And, btw, I like it when you disagree with me, Kev. I like to spar as you know. Besides, we see eye-to-eye on many other issues of greater importance. Like my seminars, for example. ROFLMAOBT!!
Give Butterball a big kiss from Auntie V. And, Hola, KV!! Still reading? :)

P.S.
<<Now, whenever the stock has fallen below $15, it has rallied much more than a couple points, and far more than what can be attributed to this thread, or any other...afterall, it averages over 100,000 shares traded each day.>>
Sweetheart, you honestly think that on SS, ALYD, Y2K, and other SI threads (plus Yahoo, MF, etc.) on which ALYD is discussed that we couldn't come up with 100 people buying 1,000 shares each? That's sorta funny. You way underestimate the power of SI, my friend. ;) Heck, AV could account for 10% of the action alone!! :)
S.P.S. Waiting to get more backlash from AV, Jeffers, TM, etc., LOL, but unfortunately, gotta run now, so later... |
