That's what lawyers are for. Hopefully Glen has a case and we may see some revenge from this fiascoe of CD's. In any event CD probably made a pile of dough to defend themselves in court. Beyond that don't give Cd too much credit for what has happened. They just piled on an already moving train, if you get the jist of my double metaphor. Meanwhile, let's look at a little reality here; the shareprice had the launch built into it two days ago when we hist 8. The next move will probably be down a little more. hang tough. If there is any early trend of "sign-ups" then possibly GZ will be able to put out a Pr re revenue projections. My take on that however is that will be a ways down the pike. Other PR's concerning large clients, new additions to the DB will probably be the order of the day. Be patient, and hang onto your shares. Rich

I wouldn't have expected to see any advertising since I'm not in the import/export business. The initial marketing budget was probably dedicated primarily to the direct mailing (huge), PR (media and Street contacts), and perhaps a few targeted media buys in some professional publications. PNLK has mentioned looking for exposure on MSN, AOL, etc., but I can't imagine they'd be putting their limited resources into channels like these at this point. They're far too general and very expensive: not much bang for the buck. My guess is that Glenn/PNLK are firing a rifle right now, not a shotgun.

I remember last Friday that D&B release came out, and I was worried that the price might dip on Monday, and instead it headed up. Wouldn't be surprised to see this start to climb again on Monday
