Either you guys bought a lot of ICCN or someone else knows about the supposed, pending news -- look at the spread -- it just went from 1/8 to .375 on very low volume. Should be interesting.
Failed to mention the float on this thread -- 645,000 max, more than half closely held.

EDIT -- volume just doubled in about 3 minutes...
