To all

One thing overlooked is the fact that J&J has
more than 10% of the outstanding shares of
AMLN. There are also many funds and institutions
that hold much more. To date I have not found
anybody with announced intentions to sell.

Mike Murphy has rated AMLN one his best buys,
he expects LLY to take over sooner rather than
later.

The FDA is now allowing phase 4 studies for certain
drugs for AIDS and cancer. The drug is marketed and
and studies are continued.

A cooperative FDA and congress. An understanding
of how difficult these drug studies are? Wow.
