I'll take it. More like a dice roll though. Very lucky.

Lombard really is pathetic. I put a limit sell at 3/4 in around noon when I went to lunch. On the first drop to 44 1/4 (the stock) the option on my supposed rt quote from Lombard shows an ASK as high as 15/16. I figure cool I got my price. But no confirmation on the web site. I call up and as I'm clicking away getting a quote at 5/8 by 7/8, the live broker is telling me the quote is actually 5/8 x 11/16.

Now, I smell fraud, because I've bought at market many times before and never been giving below the ask of the quote on the website.

I ask for the supervisor. His story, the quote I see may (might, could , etc) be from a different exchange. No consolidated quote on the website. So I ask, when I buy at market, who pockets the difference. Oh not us. Hmmmmm.

I only do options on Lombard, everything else on Datek (their own set of problems).

Anyway, the phone broker moves my order down to 5/8 and it hits immediately.

Sorry to bore all of you.

Gary
