The N.Y. firm did not have any offices west of the Mississippi. I also learned that they are in the process of hiring a COO, since they have outgrown their controllers and need someone to oversee and manage all the financial information. The SEC often questions how numbers are derived. When FAMH became the producers of MD they inherited an extensive tape library of his work. The SEC has to agree with them as to how to value assets like that. When it's all agreed, then Edgar will have the final numbers. Anything preliminary to Edgar is subject to change over this question time period. Carol

Reread your post and tell me who sounds silly. If you bothered to read my conjecture that I pointed out earlier, then you already know the status of the financials. ready here it comes...... They didn't submit them yet... Grand finally ... skyrockets going off... people cheering... And you get paid for your research. LOL Laz

Mackie, You've gone from mildly entertaining to mildly irritating to obnoxious to sounding like a raving lunatic. Most folks, I would suspect, are tired of your smug and pompous posturing. And since we're not paying you for your 'research', why do you persist? Give it a rest! Make your point, move on, and stop this "clue" crap ...... unless you're just taken with your own bombast. Is this how you maintain your self-esteem? Do you equate quantity of posts (no matter how inane) with self-importance? Very unprofessional (and ineffective)! P.S. I have it on good authority that there is only one opening for sainthood (martyrdom?) this year, and there are countless others ahead of you in the line.
