TD,>>Then every company in this segment is weak! I actually agree with you totally. I guess I should have said being so blatant about it vs. maybe being a little more indirect. It lends a lot more credibility to your statements if you are able to pull it off. I always had an issue with the people who were so obvious (just my personal preference)but I found that prospects never cared for it much either. A good example of this is vntv's claim to 100% customer access. They're trying to set up sebl but not doing it directly. Rather trying to play to their perceived strength. A far better approach IMO.
