Yes, this is my point exactly. Very good, Janybird.

You apparently agree then that this company is fabricating the existence of a group of diseases defined by the arbitrary criteria of measurable changes in skin pigmentation. Not only that, they are doing so in a legal document filed with the SEC.

No such criteria exists in medicine or would be proposed by any reputable company seeking credence in biotechnology.
