I re-read the 10K yesterday and distinctly remember reading it then, too. Frankly, it has never come up in discussion (at least I don't remember it coming up), and I've never thought to mention it. However, as you know, I've added my comments on it today to my CD Stock Library for fast reference for those might not ever become aware of it.
