This has nothing to do with a sick market. This stock has been on a down trend since the last earning announcement + name change. They have good products, but so do many other weak companies e.g. Syquest, Corel, etc. Good products + poor management (i.e. wrong decisions, stock dilutions, ..etc.) = Weak investment. In the last two years the share price for those who are long term has shown no return. On the other hand most of the large cap companies have doubled or more. I re-invested most of my Borl holdings in large cap companies and recently sold the remaining shares. Thank God that Del is not the one who is running Apple (one of my holdings) or else the share price would still be in the low teens instead of $30.
