Here is a nice corporate link for Loews. Obviously not updated to reflect the recent merger: srepub.com I find the Magic Johnson theaters component interesting. On 60 Minutes a few weeks ago they had a story about Magic and discussed his deal with Sony. In the story they talked about the phenomenal success he has had targeting high quality theaters to minority low income neighborhoods. These are markets which have a high movie attendance but which have traditionally been ignored by other theater companies. This is one of several reasons why this new merger should do well.
